GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

A booking at Camping Berkel becomes final after approval by the campsite and upon receipt of your deposit. Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash.
Any change/cancellation of the booking must be requested by email to info@campingberkel.com. Camping Berkel will take the current availability into account when responding to your change request. All requests are subject to approval.
Visitors: Visitors to your camping spot must first report to the reception, unless otherwise agreed in advance. All persons entering the campsite without a booking are considered visitors.
Minors without the accompaniment of their parents or legal guardians are not allowed, except with express permission from campsite management.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse group reservations.

The camping pitch is available from 12:00 on the day of arrival.
The camping pitch must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Campers must leave the pitch tidy and clean upon departure.
The campsite will try to place everyone on their reserved pitch; in case of force majeure, an alternative pitch may be assigned.
A camping pitch will be held reserved until 20:00 on the day of arrival. If the pitch is not taken before that time, the reservation will be automatically canceled unless a late arrival has been agreed in advance.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full agreed rate remains payable.
Pets are allowed on camping pitches for a fee; it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the pet does not cause nuisance. If nuisance occurs, in the opinion of the campsite management, the pet may be refused on the campsite.
Deposit: Upon booking, 50% of the total rental price is requested as a deposit. This must be paid via bank transfer within 14 days after receipt of the confirmation invoice.
The outstanding amount for your stay must be paid in cash or by card at the campsite upon arrival or transferred 14 days before arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the Safari tents.
Accommodations are available from 15:00 and must be vacated before 10:00.
A booking will be held reserved until 20:00 on the day of arrival. If the accommodation is not taken before that time, the reservation will be automatically canceled unless a late arrival has been agreed in advance.
Shortened stays (late arrival, early departure) are non-refundable.
The booking price includes 1 vehicle per accommodation.
The respective accommodation is suitable for a certain number of people. It is not allowed to exceed this maximum number of persons (including children and babies). If this happens, management has the right to deny access to the accommodation for the extra persons. It is possible, if agreed in advance, to set up an additional tent next to the Safari tent.
Visitors: Visitors to your camping spot must report to reception upon arrival.
Deposit: For accommodation requests, 50% of the total stay cost must be transferred as a deposit, via a (international) bank transaction. The deadline for this deposit is within 14 days after the request is made. The remaining payment must be paid 14 days before arrival or upon arrival at the campsite (by card or cash).

For cancellations made more than 90 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

We would like to expressly point out to our guests that it may be wise to take out cancellation insurance.
